Preventive Maintenance is a yearly system overview, startup, and general cleaning that is completed by one of Bee Electric's professionally trained staff members.  There are many benefits to having a PM Agreement with Bee Electric Heating & Cooling:

What does a Cooling Preventive Maintenance Consist of? 

  • Replacing 1" filter on indoor unit

  • Check operation of outdoor unit using thermostat

  • Check Static Pressure of Return & Supply

  • Monitor Temperature of Supply and Return Air

  • Clean Outdoor coil as needed

  • Apply protective coating to outdoor unit

  • Check operation of outdoor unit after 15 minutes

  • Monitor High & Low pressures on outdoor unit

  • Check Superheat & Subcooling

  • Check Capacitor

  • Monitor Supply Volts, and Unit Amps

  • Verify Unit shutdown by Thermostat
