What does a "Free HVAC Estimate" include?
When a free estimate is scheduled, our estimator will come to your home, take measurements, discuss with the customer what they are wanting with their new system, and take some pictures for the install team. They will then work to create your estimate and get back with you via email/phone call as soon as possible to discuss the options.
My air conditioner is frozen, what do I do?
Upon discovery of a frozen outdoor unit, lineset, or indoor a coil, you must begin the thawing out process. On your thermostat, turn the switch to "OFF", and the "Fan" to "ON". This will allow the thawing process to begin. It is recommended that you schedule an appoitment for one of our trained service technicians to come and assess the situation after.
Can I pay my bill on line? How?
Yes you can! go to www.beeelectric.com, click on the financial tab, then click "Make a Payment".
How do I schedule a service call?
Simply call the office- 304-455-5003 and Jordan will schedule a technician to come do the service.
